JUNE 15th - AUGUST 10th, 2024

Are you ready to embark on a literary adventure this summer? Introducing the Lone Star Lit Summer Book Buzz, the adult version of our popular Kids’ Summer Reads program! We're celebrating the best adult fiction and nonfiction across all genres, and we want your book to be part of this exciting event.

From June 15th to August 10th, 2024, we will spotlight captivating reads for adult audiences. Submit your new titles by July 27th, 2024, to join the buzz.

But that's not all! Along with featuring new titles, we're inviting authors, publishers, presses, and bookstores to become page sponsors for the Summer Book Buzz. Imagine your name or logo standing out alongside the season's most anticipated reads, reaching thousands of engaged readers through Lone Star's website, newsletter, and social media platforms.

Our mission is to promote books by Texas authors and those with a Texas connection, and we’re thrilled for you to be a part of it. Lone Star Literary is passionate about amplifying Texas voices, which is why we offer opportunities like the Summer Book Buzz.

We understand that budgets vary, so we're providing scholarship opportunities to ensure a diverse range of quality books for our readers. To apply for a scholarship, submit your application form by 5:00 PM on Monday, June 10.
